Quanos is the home of software experts who develop unique software solutions for technical documentation and service information systems. Everyone at Quanos subsidiaries Quanos Content Solutions and Quanos Service Solutions works together closely and supports each other on a professional and personal level.
Our products provide an important basis for all manufacturers and operators of machines and plants. After all, every technical device comes with an array of technical documentation such as operating instructions, maintenance and repair manuals, drawings, or circuit diagrams. In addition to this are spare parts lists that can in some cases contain hundreds of spare parts which may need to be reordered in the event of a repair. With our software solutions, we can cleverly network all this information together in a digital format so that our customers can find all the knowledge they need about a machine or plant in one central location.

Our goal in the application process is to have transparent and prompt communication with the applicants. In terms of interview formats and procedures, the process involves an individual approach depending on the respective vacancy and the associated requirements. Introductory interviews take place online and in person, sometimes at a later stage with the involvement of Quanos team members and/or smaller assessments.
We would be happy to discuss how we could work together with you. We always welcome new talent and have been able to take one or two Quanos employees on board in this manner.
We already have many years of experience in training in the fields of IT system integration and application development. The trainees we have taken on have shown great personal and professional development with us and some of them are now working in management. Normally, we undertake training in at least one of the two disciplines every year.
As a family-friendly company, we offer our employees flexible working hours with flextime and part-time models wherever possible, with some parents taking advantage of this arrangement when returning to us after parental leave. In order for us to assess whether such a model is possible in your field of activity, it is best to mention this in your application.
